Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 7 working days of receipt of your item if you change your mind or no longer want the item as long as the item is returned to us at your expense in a saleable condition ie unopened with the packaging undamaged.Your 7 day right of cancellation does not apply to any software products or any consumable products which (by their very nature) cannot be returned e.g. Ink and toner cartridges, food items etc. We can offer an exchange, a credit note towards your next purchase or refund your money dependant on circumstances - (see below for more details on refunds.)
Please note that if an item is returned after seven working days for any other reason than it is faulty and the buyer has requested a refund, we will charge a restocking fee, a minimum of £25 or 25% of the price charged whichever is higher.
Items returned to us due to a manufacturer's fault later than 28 days after the item was delivered will be eligible for repair. In some cases where a replaceable part is faulty or damaged we will advise when you contact us that a replacement part will be sent. If the item is not repairable we will either offer an alternative or supply a refund. Our liability to supply credits, repairs or replacement items will be restricted to 12 months from date of purchase.
Items reported faulty within 28 days due to a manufacturing fault will, be collected by our courier ( unless a replaceable spare part can be sent out to you). Goods must be packaged securely and once received will be inspected and tested by our test centre. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. Where a direct replacement cannot be offered, or a repair is not economical a refund will be made. If no fault can be found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you at your cost. Some items such as fax machines and printers may be covered by a manufacturers on site repair policy.
Carriage charges for returned goods will be incurred by the customer, unless confirmed faulty. Carriage charges will be applied to any order that is returned and that was shipped on a free delivery. In order to accept an item as being faulty, we must be able to replicate the described fault when tested.
Before returning any item to us, you must contact us by e-mail or by telephone to notify us so that we can issue you with an RMA number. Please note that returns sent back without a valid RMA number may be refused or returned at your cost. After contacting us by e-mail your enquiry will be processed and you will be allocated a returns authorisation number which must be clearly visible on the outside packaging. You will also be give instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that we aim to process all returned items within 5 working days of receipt of the item, but credits / refunds can take up to seven working days to be processed. We strongly advise all customers to obtain a free certificate of posting when returning items via the Royal Mail postal service. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged sufficiently prior to returning them. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We will not be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all returned items reach us safely .
